OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Cycle Fanatix 2024 BMW K 1600 B Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by:

(“Sponsor” or “Cycle Fanatix”).

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 26, 2026 and ends on December 20, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be properly submitted and received by Sponsor before the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

The potential winner is expected to be selected and announced on or about December 24, 2026, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of Cycle Fanatix and any company directly involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period through the methods described below.

A. Website/Promotional Entry Method

Entries may be obtained through Cycle Fanatix at www.cyclefanatix.com in accordance with the promotional offer displayed on the website.

The promotional value associated with an entry is $100 per entry.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN AND WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S ODDS OF WINNING.

B. FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To receive one (1) free entry without making a purchase or payment to Cycle Fanatix, an eligible entrant must mail a handwritten or printed letter stating:

“I want to enter the Cycle Fanatix 2024 BMW K 1600 B Giveaway.”

The letter must also include the entrant’s:

• Full legal name;
• Complete residential mailing address;
• Telephone number;
• Email address; and
• Date of birth.

The request must be placed in a properly addressed envelope with sufficient postage and mailed to:

The entrant is responsible only for ordinary postage necessary to mail the free entry request.

Each properly completed and eligible free mail-in request will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing and will have the same chance of winning as any other individual eligible entry.

No purchase from Cycle Fanatix is required to submit a free entry.

Free entries must be postmarked no later than December 20, 2026 and received before the drawing is conducted in order to be eligible.

Only complete and legible requests complying with these Official Rules will be accepted.

[IMPORTANT BEFORE PUBLISHING: Cycle Fanatix should establish a clear per-person entry limit that applies equally to paid/promotional and free entries. The final rules should state that limit here.]

5. ENTRY POOL

Cycle Fanatix initially intends to make available up to 500 eligible entries for the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor may increase the maximum number of available entries during the Sweepstakes Period for legitimate promotional purposes, provided that any change is clearly disclosed and implemented in compliance with applicable law.

Because the total number of eligible entries may change, Sponsor does not represent or guarantee that any entrant has fixed odds of 1 in 500.

Odds of winning depend upon the final number of eligible entries received.

Free entries and otherwise eligible promotional entries will be included in the same random drawing and treated equally for purposes of determining the winner.

6. GRAND PRIZE AND MINIMUM-ENTRY CONDITION

Sponsor intends to award the following Grand Prize if the required entry threshold is reached:

One (1) 2024 BMW K 1600 B motorcycle, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $25,000.

The motorcycle Grand Prize is conditioned upon Sponsor receiving the required number of qualifying entries specified for the promotion.

If the Required Entry Threshold Is Not Reached

If the required number of qualifying entries is not received by the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, the motorcycle will not be awarded.

Instead, Sponsor will award the randomly selected verified winner a cash prize equal to fifty percent (50%) of the value of qualifying paid/promotional entries actually received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period, calculated at $100 per qualifying paid/promotional entry.

For illustration only:

If 300 qualifying $100 paid/promotional entries are received, the applicable amount would be $30,000, and the substitute cash prize would be 50% of that amount, or $15,000.

Free Alternative Method of Entry submissions will remain eligible for the random drawing and will have the same chance of being selected as an individual paid/promotional entry, but because no money is collected for a free entry, a free entry does not increase the monetary amount used to calculate the substitute cash prize.

The substitute-prize calculation does not affect the validity or winning probability of a free entry.

Sponsor will disclose the applicable prize to the potential winner when the winner is notified.

7. PRIZE-RELATED COSTS

If the motorcycle is awarded, the winner will be responsible for arranging pickup or transportation of the motorcycle from the location designated by Cycle Fanatix.

The winner will be responsible for the winner’s transportation arrangements and for all applicable federal, state, and local income taxes, title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, insurance, inspection costs, and other expenses associated with ownership or operation of the motorcycle that are not expressly stated as being paid by Sponsor.

Cycle Fanatix will not require the winner to pay Cycle Fanatix a fee merely to claim or release the prize.

If the substitute cash prize is awarded instead of the motorcycle, the winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the cash prize.

Sponsor may issue the winner any tax forms or other documentation required by applicable law.

8. RANDOM DRAWING

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing is expected to occur on or before December 24, 2026.

All eligible free and promotional entries will be included in the same drawing.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner will have three (3) days following Sponsor’s initial notification attempt to respond and satisfy Sponsor’s reasonable verification requirements.

If the potential winner does not respond within three (3) days, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner may be disqualified.

Sponsor may then conduct another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries to select an alternate potential winner.

No entrant will be considered the official winner until Cycle Fanatix has verified the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

IMPORTANT PRIZE DISCLOSURE

THE 2024 BMW K 1600 B MOTORCYCLE IS CONDITIONED UPON THE REQUIRED ENTRY THRESHOLD BEING REACHED. IF THE REQUIRED ENTRY THRESHOLD IS NOT REACHED, THE MOTORCYCLE WILL NOT BE AWARDED AND THE VERIFIED WINNER WILL INSTEAD RECEIVE A CASH PRIZE CALCULATED AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 6 OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

10. Winner Notification

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the telephone number and/or email address supplied with the winning entry.

The potential winner will have three (3) days from Sponsor’s initial notification attempt to respond and complete any reasonable verification requirements.

If the potential winner fails to respond within the required period, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, refuses the prize, fails to provide required documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

A participant is not an official winner until Sponsor has verified the participant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

11. Verification and Prize Documentation

Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility and execute documentation reasonably required by Sponsor, including an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release where lawful.

The potential winner may also be required to provide information necessary for legally required tax reporting.

Failure to provide required documentation within the time specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, submitted fraudulent or automated entries, provided false information, violated these Official Rules, or engaged in conduct intended to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, legal or regulatory requirements, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or lawful administration of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated closing date, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination where lawful and appropriate.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, transportation, registration, or operation of the prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, illegible, interrupted, or otherwise defective entries or communications resulting from technical, network, Internet, telecommunications, human, or other errors outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Motorcycle Operation and Safety

The winner assumes responsibility for ensuring that the motorcycle is properly titled, registered, insured, inspected, and operated in compliance with applicable laws before use.

The winner is responsible for determining whether the motorcycle is appropriate for the winner’s experience and abilities and for obtaining any legally required motorcycle license or endorsement.

16. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants and the potential winner, fulfill the prize, comply with applicable legal obligations, and otherwise as described in Cycle Fanatix’s applicable privacy policy.

Any use of entrant information for marketing purposes must comply with applicable law and Sponsor’s disclosed privacy practices and consent mechanisms.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this provision deprives an entrant of consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the law applicable to that entrant.

18. Winner Information

Following verification of the winner, Sponsor may publish or otherwise make available the winner’s name and city and state of residence as permitted or required by applicable law.

19. No Affiliation With BMW

BMW and its affiliated companies are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and have not endorsed the Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise.

All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners.

20. Entire Rules

These Official Rules constitute the rules governing this Sweepstakes. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. In the event we do not meet the 500 minimum required entries to give the prize away, winner will take 50% of entry cash total.
